Building on ERM Program Development 1, this course focuses on how ERM outputs support strategic and capital decisions and how risk information is communicated to executives and boards.

This course focuses on the point where risk information becomes operational: determining which risks require attention, when they should be escalated, and how the resulting information supports management, capital, and board discussions.
